Performance description:
  Compound Blowing Agent is a composite of AC and H. It is mainly used in EVA, EVA-PE blending materials, rubber and rubber blending materials. The foamed product has good hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and pore structure. Blowing Agent is widely used in EVA, PE, PVC and other rubber foaming. It is suitable for EVA hot pressing, small mold foaming and PE secondary foaming process.

Application Description:
High temperature Blowing Agent series decomposition temperature is higher than 200 degrees. The amount of gas generated by decomposition up to 220ml/g (standard temperature, atmospheric pressure) is mainly divided into N2, CO 2 , accompanied by a small amount of CO and NH 3production. Adding an appropriate amount of decomposition activator (foaming accelerator) allows the decomposition temperature to be arbitrarily adjusted between 150 and 200 degrees. Commonly used activators are zinc, cerium oxide and its salts, stearic acid and its salts. The Blowing Agent has uniform particle size, stable foaming performance and excellent dispersion performance, and is especially suitable for the production of products with different production process conditions.
